You are welcomed into a vaulted entrance hall which leads to a cloakroom, ground floor double bedroom and a bathroom. Beyond that there is a stunning double vaulted open plan Living/Dining/Kitchen with sliding doors opening to the front and rear gardens. From the hall you go through the Library which leads to the sitting room and utility room. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with Juliet balcony, dressing room, en suite shower room and a further double bedroom with en suite shower room.

Abbey Hall stands in beautifully maintained grounds extending to approximately 10 acres (s.t.s), including water meadows abutting the Northern flow of the Rive Done towards Waveney and two charming Travellers Hut's which overlooks a field of grazing cows. The principle garden lies to the south and west and is beautifully maintained and laid to lawn. The gardens feature 2 Travellers Huts, which provide a great place to relax during the day whilst overlooking grazing cows. These huts have been insulated with one having a double bed. A gate at the foot of the garden opens to a field, home to grazing cows. You can walk through this field to take a short cut to Eye, however this is at the guests own risk.

All prices include 100% cotton bed linen, towels, heating and electricity plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.

The property is equipped with gas central heating and includes a wood burning stove, LG TV, flat screen Sony TV with DVD player, HIFi, integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer and 4 ring electric hob/oven. WIfi is available.

A travel cot and a high chair are available from the property owners on request at the time of booking.

Use of the owners bicycles and wellington boots.

Guests should be aware that the property is attached to an unconverted scheduled ancient monument.
