7 Brudenell Street is a charming seaside self-catering holiday house, just moments from the beach, well proportioned with high ceilings and the added bonus of off road parking. The picturesque town of Aldeburgh has a choice of restaurants, pubs and independent shops in the town’s high street and the well known Brudenell Hotel, with its reputable restaurant and sunny terrace, is steps away! The property has recently been completely refurbished by it's new owners.

On the ground floor there's a light and airy living/dining room with a coal effect gas fire, a bright new kitchen and cloakroom. Upstairs there are two king size bedrooms and a large room with single and bunk beds – ideal for kids or a single member of the family. The family bathroom sits conveniently at the end of the landing.
A unique selling point for this holiday cottage is its parking space – rare in Aldeburgh!
Ground floor – The front door opens from Brudenell Street into the hallway with doors to the cloakroom, living and dining room, and stairs to the first floor. There is also a back door, close to the parking space, which opens into a porch leading to the kitchen – ideal for unpacking the car on arrival!
Living/Dining room – Doors open from the hall into an attractive living/dining room with an arch leading through to the kitchen with wooden floors throughout.
The living area is furnished with two comfortable sofas, two bean bags, side table and storage cabinet stocked with DVDs with the coal effect gas fire making the room perfect for chilly nights. Equipment includes a flat screen Smart TV with Freesat channels and Sonos sound system.
The dining area is elegantly furnished with a shaker style table with seven chairs and an attractive sideboard filled with toys and games. Glass doors open onto the porch with an arch leading conveniently to the kitchen, and a door to the hall.
Kitchen – A new shaker style kitchen was installed at the beginning of 2017. This light kitchen faces south/west, catching the sun for most of the day and is well equipped with a free standing Smeg fridge with three drawer freezer below, chic slide and hide Neff electric oven with ceramic hob and extractor, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso machine for the perfect morning coffee!
The adjacent small porch is ideal for storing the beach gear!
Cloakroom – Opening off the hall with WC and wash basin.
First Floor – Stairs lead from the hallway to a first-floor landing with a king size bedroom ahead. There are a few more steps before a second landing, giving access to the triple, a king size room and bathroom. The first floor is fully carpeted other than the bathroom.
Bedroom 1 – This bedroom has been tastefully decorated and furnished with a king sized bed with a cream wooden bedstead, bedside drawers with lamp and ample storage space with a small chest of drawers and large antique pine wardrobe; there is also a wash basin.
Bedroom 2 – A bright room with west facing window, furnished with a sturdy single bed and bunk beds – ideal for three children or to use for an adult as an additional single with a hanging rail, bedside chest of drawers and additional storage in a larger chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3 – This elegant east facing room with a high ceiling and large sash window has a king sized bed, together with chest of drawers with mirror above and a double wardrobe.
Family bathroom – Opening off the landing with easy access from all three bedrooms. There is a bath with shower over, basin fitted into a cabinet, WC and heated towel rail. The floor has vinyl floor and the east facing window allows natural light.
Outside – 7 Brudenell Street is a great address in this picturesque town, situated opposite the well known Brudenell Hotel at the far end of town where dog owners are allowed to walk their dogs on the beach throughout the year (some areas are restricted between May and September). Both the beach and the high street are literally yards away. There is a private road at the back of the house, with access to the neighbours’ properties, where guests can park and also relax with a drink using the bistro table and chairs provided.

This terraced Aldeburgh town house is positioned at the south end of the High Street, near the Brudenell Hotel. The beach is just a few steps away and a short stroll up the High Street brings you to Aldeburgh's popular shops, cafes and restaurants.
