Sitting on the first floor of a new luxury development with just five apartments and spacious communal areas, 4 King George House has a wide entrance hall giving access to the lovely light open plan living space, modern family bathroom and both bedrooms, a twin to the side of the property and the exceptionally large double bedroom at the front with en-suite shower room.

First Floor:
The apartment is carpeted other than the bathrooms, which have a stylish wood effect floor and the same in the kitchen area.

Kitchen
This classy bright living space has a sitting area with two sofas and coffee table positioned so you can make the most of the double doors opening onto the balcony. There’s a flat screen TV with FreeSat and iPod docking station. The dining area is furnished with a chic modern table with four matching chairs and the adjacent L-shaped kitchen with glossy units and quartz stone worktops houses Neff appliances with an electric oven, ceramic hob with extractor above, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge and three drawer freezer and free standing microwave.

Bathroom
A lovely light modern bathroom with large bath, corner shower (with lip), basin set into a unit with drawers and a heated towel rail.

Master bedroom
Decorated in attractive relaxing colours, this big bedroom with the balcony in front, is furnished with a double size bed, bedside drawers, a large chest of drawers and walk in wardrobe.

With shower cubicle, basin set in a vanity unit, WC and heated towel rail.

Twin bedroom
Soft tones give a calm feel to this twin with bedside drawers, a chest of drawers and window to the side of the building. There are hooks for any dresses etc.

Outside
A balcony of this first-floor apartment runs along the front of the property with a bench inviting you to relax and enjoy the view of the marshes in the distance. There’s one secure allocated parking space and additional cars can be parked on roads close by.

4 King George House is on the first floor of a luxury development with four neighbouring apartmnets and a supermarket on the outskirts of Aldeburgh; a short walk from the vibrant High Street with art galleries, pubs and fine restaurants, independent shops and quaint cinema.

There is a golf club, and sailing clubs with wonderful walks along the Alde estuary and unspoilt shingle beach to the iconic village of Thorpeness or the Martello Tower and sailing clubs. Local attractions include the world famous Snape Maltings Concert Hall, and the nature reserves at North Warren, Minsmere and Havergate Island.

There is ONE allocated parking space for guests in a safe and well lit gated parking lot, please DO NOT double park or in any way obstruct the access to the bins or restrict access for other residents in King George House. There is additional parking, if needed, on the roadside nearby.

The apartment is on the first floor to the rear of King George House with no lift so may not be suitable for guests with a mobility problem; the communal areas are very well kept with wide carpeted stairs and bannister. There are four neighbouring apartments and a supermarket which is on the ground floor at the front of the building.

The views from the balcony are far reaching to marshes and Alde Estuary, however, there is a car park and community centre closer to this first-floor apartment.

Once you have filled out the online booking form, you will be given the option to pay by credit or debit card, or by BACs transfer. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking to secure your booking. The balance and a returnable good housekeeping deposit are due six weeks before your holiday commences.
