You're welcomed into a porch with space to leave your footwear before going into the comfortable sitting room with large flat screen TV for your entertainment. The open plan kitchen has everything you need if you enjoy catering at home with a circular table and four chairs, a desk and double doors to the patio. There's also a utility room and modern shower room on the ground floor. Both bedrooms are a good size, one with attractive double bed and the other with zip and link, sharing a bright bathroom.

Parking is a great asset in Bury and you have space at 4 Finsbury Place for two cars with all that the town has to offer within easy walking distance. When you've finished exploring and are ready to put your feet up there's a pretty secluded garden with table and chairs and couple of patio areas so you can follow the sun around.

The front door opens from the drive into a handy porch with space to take your shoes off before entering the main door into the living room.

Living Room
Charming light carpeted room with comfy sofa, chair, coffee tables, large wall mounted TV and stairs rising to the first floor. Doors open to the kitchen/dining room and the utility room with shower room beyond.

A lovely spacious room with kitchen at one end housing an electric oven with four ring induction hob and extractor, fridge with freezer compartment dishwasher and free standing microwave. The circular table with four dining chairs sits in the middle of the room beside an ornamental fireplace and there’s a handsome old desk in the corner. French doors open onto a patio, making it easy to dine outside in the warmer months.

Children under the age of seven are not permitted at this property due to noise disturbance with elderly neighbours and all guests are asked to respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum in the garden.
