This self-catering Aldeburgh holiday cottage on the seafront is on two floors and many of the rooms have exhilarating views of the beach and sea. There's a stylish living room and a large open plan kitchen-dining room on the ground floor, whilst the first floor has three large bedrooms (1 king, 1 twin, 1 single plus child's pull out bed), an en suite bathroom and a contemporary family shower room. The house also has free wireless broadband access and a pay phone.

Step out of your front door onto Crag Path and the beach is right there in front of you…magical!

Ground Floor:

The front door leads into a hallway with direct access to the living room, kitchen-dining room and the stairs to the first floor.

Living room: With two leather sofas and an armchair, a period fireplace (not in use), and a window seat with cushions in the bay window. There's a pair of binoculars to hand so you can keep look out for fishing boats on the horizon.

Kitchen-dining room: This open plan room has a dining area at the front with a sea view. There's a dining table and seating for six people, original floor boards and a large rug. There's a step down to the large kitchen with fun blue painted floorboards and all the appliances you'd expect: a dishwasher, two integrated electric ovens and a gas hob, a fridge freezer and a microwave (upstairs there's a washing machine and a tumble dryer too).

First floor:

Stairs from the ground floor hallway lead up to a first floor landing with access to all the bedrooms:

Master bedroom (with en-suite and balcony): A big bedroom with a super-king bed and breathtaking views of the beach and sea through the large window and glazed balcony doors. Out on the balcony, there's a small table and two chairs so you can sit back and enjoy some of the best views in town. Back inside, there are bedside tables and big fitted wardrobe to unpack your belongings into.

En-suite: From the Master bedroom, two steps lead down to a delightful bathroom with mosaic tiles and contemporary fittings. There's a roll top bath, a w.c. and a hand basin.

Bedroom 2: A large twin bedroom with seating for two in a big bay window so you can enjoy those fantastic views of the sea. There are bedside tables and built-in storage space.

Bedroom 3: A spacious single bedroom with a seat in a bay window looking onto a passageway down the side of the house - look to the right and you can sit and watch the sea. There's an additional 5’ 9” pull out bed stored underneath the single bed which would be suitable for a child.

Family shower room: This contemporary-styled room has a large shower, a hand basin, and a w.c.

Outside: On road parking is usually available either immediately in front of the house on Crag Path or in nearby side streets. The beach is your playground, just a couple of strides away! There's a table and deck chairs at the house so you can enjoy alfresco meals on the sea front.

All rental prices include bed linen and towels, gas and electricity plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.

There's free wireless broadband access too. A travel cot and a feeding chair are available on request.

3. How to pay. When you have filled out your booking form you can choose to pay online by credit or debit card or send a bank transfer. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking. The balance and a £100 returnable good housekeeping deposit (subject to terms and conditions) are due six weeks before your holiday commences. Please note there is a 1.5% charge for credit card payments. There is no charge for debit card payments.
