About the property
This is a beautifully presented and spacious semi-detached property. It has off-road parking and is located close to the south end of Aldeburgh High Street and the beach.
Owned and furnished by the owners of the Norfolk fabric design company 'St Jude's', this light and airy house is a peaceful retreat just off Aldeburgh's busy high street. Many of the rooms include fabrics that the owners have designed, along with some of their favourite nature-inspired artwork and period iconic Ercol furniture.
The front door leads into a spacious living room. This generously-sized room has a wooden floor, two-seater settee and single armchair, coffee table, wood burning stove and all the electronics we think you'll need: a flat screen TV, DVD player, DAB radio and a WiFi connection for computer access.
The living room leads through to a large kitchen/diner with pine cupboards, terracotta tiled floor and a Belfast sink. The appliances include a large range cooker, stainless steel fridge freezer and a dishwasher. In the middle of the room is an oak dining table and chairs. The room has patio doors out onto the back garden and a three-seater sofa next to them which we think you'll enjoy relaxing on while you while away the hours.
Stairs lead from the kitchen to a landing with doors to the following rooms:
Bedroom 1: This large bedroom has a Habitat oak Queen-size bed and a neutral-colour carpet, and enjoys views over the road towards Orford.
Bedroom 2: This is a spacious single bedroom that looks out onto the back garden.
Bathroom: Here you'll find a bath with a shower over, a w.c. and a hand basin.
Outside there are fenced patio gardens to the front and rear of the house which capture the sun at different times of the day, plus a table and chairs for outdoor dining and a shed to store outdoor things away. A gate at the rear of the property leads to a short flight of steps to an off-road parking space - a rare find in Aldeburgh!
About the area
Pebblebeach is located on Park Road, just off the south end of Aldeburgh High Street. The beach and Aldeburgh shops, pubs and restaurants are just a short stroll way.
What’s included?
All prices include 100% cotton bed linen and towels, gas and electricity plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.
The cottage is equipped with gas central heating, wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, DVD/CD player, DAB radio, WiFi (although please note that there is no helpline support for this), dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, large range cooker, BBQ and a phone for incoming calls and outgoing local calls (with honesty box).
Restrictions: Sorry no smoking, pets or unaccompanied teenagers.
Tariff
£360 to £680 a week depending on the time of year. Shorter breaks are available when there is late availability - please check the calendar for details. A damage deposit of £100 will be requested when your balance is due for payment.

2. Make a provisional booking by clicking on your arrival date, then click on your departure date. You will then be prompted to fill out a booking form. Only dates that are underlined can be selected as arrival and departure dates. For enquiries about other dates please email or call us.
3. How to pay. When you have filled out your booking form you can choose to pay online by credit or debit card or send a cheque. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking. The balance and a £100 returnable good housekeeping deposit (subject to terms and conditions) are due six weeks before your holiday commences. Please note there is a 1.5% charge for credit card payments. There is no charge for debit card or cheque payments.
