Southwold, arguably the most sought after place on the Suffolk coast is the location for Parrotfish Bay, bang up to date contemporary duplex self-catering Southwold holiday accommodtion with a vibrant interior reflecting it's name.  This self-catering Southwold holiday accommodation, with a wonderful external terrace and view over Tibby's Green and Southwold Church is ideal for couples and families (child friendly!) looking to have the best possible standard of accommodation, in the best location - what more could you want?!

Guests have their own parking adjacent to the apartment, from where then enter on the first floor, where the bedrooms are situated, one with en-suite shower room and a family bathroom. Upstairs is the amazing living/kitchen/dining space with views over Tibby's Green and access to the rather special terrace.  Guests also have immediate access to the renowned Adnams cafe next just yards from the apartment - all in all this is Southwold living at its best.

Ground floor: Parrotfish Bay is entered at ground level into a common area shared with one other duplex, the front door to the property is up the stairs on the first floor level.

First Floor: Through the front door is a central hallway that connects to the bedrooms, family bathroom and the stairs to the second floor.

Bedroom 1:  A spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, an en-suite shower room and views of Tibby’s Green. There are matching bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe.

En-suite Shower Room: A luxury shower room with a large shower unit including a chrome rain shower head, hand basin and W.C.

Bedroom 2: This twin room has two full size single beds with views over Tibby’s Green.  There are matching bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

Bathroom:  A luxury family bathroom with bath and a hand held shower attachment, a hand basin and W.C.

Second Floor:  Stairs lead from the first floor central hallway into the open plan living space on the second floor.

Living/Kitchen/Dining Room:  A fabulous open plan living space stylishly furnished with magnificent windows overlooking the Tibby’s Green and a roof terrace looking over the award-winning Tibby’s Triangle property development.  There is a sitting area with soft seating for four, a flat screen TV with FreeSat channels, a DVD player and a CD player with an iPod docking station and a dining area with a table seating four.  The kitchen is along one wall of the space with a Neff five-ring gas hob, integrated Neff electric oven, a built-in tall fridge-freezer, a Neff dishwasher, Neff washer-dryer, and a microwave – there is also an island with a couple of bar stools.

Outside: There is a roof terrace with a table and chairs for enjoying the afternoon sun.  There is parking for one car on the development with further parking on Southwold Common or the street at the end of the development, where parking is free of charge.

The sandy beach is adorned with a string of colourful beach huts that lead along to Southwold Pier at one end and towards Southwold Harbour at the other end Southwold boasts several excellent pubs and restaurants as well as a range of independent shops and galleries. 

There is a pretty walk through the harbour and over a footbridge to the picture-postcard village of Walberswick, home to two good pubs (The Anchor and The Bell) and a long sandy beach. Fresh fish can be bought from the fish huts along the harbour. Southwold is home to the Adnams Brewery and the town’s excellent pubs include one of our personal favourites, The Lord Nelson where you can try a range of Adnams bitters.

All prices include 100% cotton bed linen, towels, heating and electricity plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.

A travel cot, high chair and a stair gate for the top of the second floor stairs are available from the property owners on request at the time of booking.

3. How to pay. When you have filled out your booking form you can choose to pay online by credit or debit card or send a bank transfer. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking. The balance and a £100 returnable good housekeeping deposit (subject to terms and conditions) are due six weeks before your holiday commences. Please note there is a 1.5% charge for credit card payments. There is no charge for debit card payments.
