This grand Georgian building has a prominent position on Aldeburgh High Street, and is close to the beach. It's light and airy inside, and has been tastefully furnished to provide a high standard of holiday accommodation. It was once home to Aldeburgh's former Cookery School and has a large kitchen/dining room once used for delicious cookery demonstrations!
On the ground floor there's a living room with an open fire and kitchen/dining room. The first floor has two large bedrooms – both with their own roll top bath – plus a separate shower room. All the rooms are well proportioned and benefit from high ceilings and period features including sash windows, cast iron fire places and the original floorboards. Outside is a pretty patio at the front, with kitchen herbs planted in the borders. This Aldeburgh accommodation is pet friendly - see notes for details.
