Contemporary Loft Living meets the Suffolk countryside at the Nook, which has been skilfully created from a period outbuilding at Packway Farm, a historic farmhouse in a stunning rural location a short drive from the Suffolk coast.   The owners, from the world of fashion and design world, have created a stylish and fresh interior under a vaulted ceiling - making this the perfect countryside pad for couples to relax a while in. 

The Nook has a stunning living, kitchen, dining space which guests enter directly from the front door, with the bedroom and bathroom beyond, outside there is a lovely garden in an elevated spot, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine while surveying the grounds of Packway Farm!

GROUND FLOOR: The front door leads into the spacious open plan living area. 

KITCHEN/LIVING/DINING ROOM:  In this vaulted ceiling open plan living space the sitting area has a generous corner sofa and a contemporary red chair with a 27 inch Samsung flat screen TV in the corner – the original wood beams give the space a grand feel.  There a dining area with a large dining table seating two and a fully equipped kitchen fitted along the length of one wall.  The kitchen has a Belfast sink, an integrated Neff electric hob and oven, an integrated fridge with freezer compartment, a washing machine and an integrated dishwasher.

BEDROOM 1: The bedroom has a vaulted ceiling with a double bed, two bedside tables with matching lamps, a chest of drawers and a two-door wardrobe.

BATHROOM: En-suite to the bedroom, this room has a bath with a handheld shower attachment, a hand basin and a W.C.

OUTSIDE:  There is off-road parking and a large garden behind the cottage.  There is a private outside space with table and chairs for guests however the rest of the garden is occasionally shared.

The property is two miles from the historic town of Halesworth which has the New Cut Art centre - which offers music, dance, comedy and cinema, a number of pubs - one of which is the 16th Century Angel Inn, restaurants and a supermarket. The beautiful historic coast is just a short drive away, including the sandy beach at Southwold and picturesque Walberswick (both around 20 mins drive). 

Henham Park is only 10 minutes away where they hold the annual Latitude Festival in July - this is one of Suffolk's biggest events where thousands come together to enjoy live music and artistic talents.

All prices include 100% cotton bed linen, towels, heating and electricity plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.

The Nook is equipped with electric heating.  Appliances include in the sitting area - a 27 inch Samsung flat screen TV with FreeSat channels, a DVD player, a CD player with an iPod docking station, in the kitchen - Neff integrated electric hob and oven, integrated dishwasher, integrated fridge with freezer compartment and a washing machine.  There is wood flooring throughout the entire house, and Wifi access too.

A travel cot and high chair are available from the property owners on request at the time of booking.

3. How to pay. When you have filled out your booking form you can choose to pay online by credit or debit card or send a cheque. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking. The balance and a £100 returnable good housekeeping deposit (subject to terms and conditions) are due six weeks before your holiday commences. Please note there is a 1.5% charge for credit card payments. There is no charge for debit card or cheque payments.
