DINING/KITCHEN AREA: There's a reclaimed painted dining table and four antique church chairs. The kitchen area is small but well-equipped, including a Corian work surface, electric Smeg hob and oven, a tall fridge-freezer hidden away behind wooden panelling, a built-in Microwave, bread-maker, a juicer, a blender and lots of cookery books.
OUTBUILDING: just outside the back door is an outbuilding which houses a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Stairs from the open plan area have hand printed trompe d'oiel wallpaper by Deborah Bowness and lead up to a small first floor landing with access to:
MASTER BEDROOM: A double bedroom with a built in wardrobe and floor to ceiling shelves. There's a book shelf with a good range of books for you to borrow during your stay.
BUNK BED ROOM: A small room with fitted children's bunk beds to sleep two small children (the top bunk is 185 cm long, bottom bunk is 163cm long). There are some hooks on the wall for clothes storage and drawers beneath the bottom bed.
SHOWER ROOM: This compact room has a small shower cubicle, w.c. and small hand basin.
OUTSIDE: Outside there is a patio courtyard to the rear of the house. There is a right of access over the courtyard to the back entrances of the neighbouring cottages. On-road parking is usually available in nearby side streets or in the church across the road for a contribution.
This self-catering Aldeburgh holiday let is situated on Alde Lane, a short stroll away from the High Street and the beach. Aldeburgh is a pretty coastal town with a very popular selection of restaurants, cafes and independent shops.
All prices include 100% cotton bed linen and towels, heating and electricity plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.

A small, well behaved dog is welcome downstairs. If you wish to bring a dog it must be mentioned at the time of booking on the online booking form and is subject to our conditions of booking.

There is no parking permitted on either side of Alde Lane.

3. How to pay. When you have filled out your booking form you can choose to pay online by credit or debit card or send a bank transfer. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking. The balance and a £100 returnable good housekeeping deposit (subject to terms and conditions) are due six weeks before your holiday commences. Please note there is a 1.5% charge for credit card payments. There is no charge for debit card payments.
