Suffolk self-catering holiday accommodation on the High Street Aldebugh moments from the beach

Isca is a delightful and spacious house on Aldeburgh High Street with a lovely private garden, a rarity for a property so close to the beach. With lovely high ceilings and well proportioned light and airy rooms, this stylish property is an ideal base for an Aldeburgh holiday.

Downstairs you'll find a large living/dining room, a kitchen, utility room and shower room. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (a family room with a double and a single, a king and a bunk bed room) and a bathroom. Outside there's a large patio garden.

Ground floor:  The front door leads to a hallway with parquet flooring and space to leave your coats and boots.

Living/Dining room: A lovely large room with two three-seater sofas and an armchair, a gas fire, a flat screen TV with Freesat TV channels, a DVD player and an iPod docking station with a CD player. There' a long dining table and ten chairs, shelves full of books and games, and both wooden shutters and curtains to the front windows. We think this would be a great space to entertain together with family and friends.

Kitchen: The large kitchen has a breakfast table with four chairs, and integrated appliances including a gas hob and electric double oven, a tall fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher.

Utility room: A convenient room with a microwave, washing machine, sink, and a door to the back patio garden.

Shower room: There is a shower, a W.C. and a small hand basin.

Under stairs walk in cupboard: With vacuum cleaner, travel cot and high chair.

First floor:  Stairs lead from the ground floor hallway to the first floor landing.

Bedroom 1: A large family bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, two chests of drawers, bedside tables and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: A spacious room with a king size bed, a dressing table, two chests of drawers, two bedside tables and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: A small bunk bed room with a chest of drawers.

Bathroom: There is a bath with a hand held shower attachment, a W.C. and a hand basin.

Outside: There is a large patio with a table and chairs, a summer house and mature shrubs. A gate from the patio garden gives access onto the High Street and there's a door to the house through the utility room. On road parking can usually be found in nearby side streets.

This semi-detached self-catering holiday cottage is situated on Aldeburgh's popular High Street, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. It is particularly close to Aldeburgh cinema and The Lighthouse restaurant and all of Aldeburgh's services are within a short walk.

All prices include 100% cotton bed linen, towels, heating and electricity, plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.

This Aldeburgh cottage has gas central heating throughout and a gas fire in the living room. Appliances include a TV with Freesat, an Ipod docking station, DVD player, WiFi broadband, gas hob and two electric ovens, tall fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and a washing machine. A travel cot and high chair are available on request from the owner when you make your booking.

Please note there is a 1.5% charge for credit card payments. There is no charge for debit card or cheque payments.
