This modern property is centrally located in the seaside town of Aldeburgh – close to the beach and restaurants – with the added benefit of an off-road parking space.
The house has a spacious open plan living space downstairs with kitchen, dining and living room areas and also a cloakroom. Outside glass doors lead out to a small patio with a table and chairs. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (two kings and a twin), an en-suite bathroom and a family shower room.
Ground floor:
The front door leads into a large open plan living space with wooden floors and stairs to the first floor.
Living area: There's a large corner sofa, a gas fire, TV with Freesat channels, and a DVD/CD player and stereo.
Dining area: With an oak dining table and six chairs and patio doors leading out to the patio.
Kitchen area: This spacious kitchen has mostly integrated appliances, including a Neff halogen hob and electric oven, dishwasher, tall fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, a double butler sink, and extractor fan.
Cloakroom: With a small hand basin and a w.c.
Stairs lead to the first floor, which has cream carpets throughout:
Bedroom 1: A large bedroom with a king size metal bed frame, a wardrobe with drawers, and two windows.
En-suite bathroom: There's a bath with a hand held shower attachment, a w.c. and a hand basin.
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom with two windows. There's a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a shared bedside table.
Bedroom 3: This has a king size bed, a built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bedside table.
Shower room: This room has a large shower, a w.c. and a hand basin.
Outside: There is an off-road parking space next to the house for one medium size car and a small patio to the rear of the house with a table and two chairs.There are patio doors from the dining area, as well as a door from the kitchen, and a passageway down the side of the house for easy access to the patio with bicycles.
This house is situated on the site of the old Ward's Garage and is centrally located, close to Aldeburgh's restaurants, pubs, shops and the beach. Delicious fresh fish can be bought from the fishermen on the beach just a short stroll away.
All prices include 100% cotton bed linen, towels, gas and electricity plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.
The property is equipped with gas central heating throughout, TV, DVD/CD player, halogen hob and electric oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave and washing machine. A selection of books, DVDs and CDs is also provided. A travel cot is available on request.

3. How to pay. When you have filled out your booking form you can choose to pay online by credit or debit card or send a cheque. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking. The balance and a £100 returnable good housekeeping deposit (subject to terms and conditions) are due six weeks before your holiday commences. Please note there is a 1.5% charge for credit card payments. There is no charge for debit card or cheque payments.
