Doe House is a charming period house on a quiet street between Aldeburgh High Street and the beach. Together with it’s charming courtyard garden, it’s a great spot for a relaxing break but with all of the Town’s amenities on your doorstep.

The Cottage has a south facing front garden, through which guests will enter via the front door into the large living/dining space.  Beyond this is the kitchen which in turn leads to Bedroom 1 with an en-suite bathroom and French doors opening to the garden beyond.  Bedroom 2 has bunk beds and a window to the garden can also be found here.  Upstairs there is another double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family shower room with a seperate W.C.

Ground Floor:The front door leads into the living and dining room with the kitchen and two bedrooms beyond.

Living/dining room: A large room with two south facing bay windows with a wood burning stove, 26 inch flat screen TV and a range of soft seating on sofas and armchairs, there is also a dining table seating eight.

Kitchen:This is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine  and a breakfast bar with a door to the back garden.

bedroom 1:With double bed, wardrobe, dressing table.

en-suite to bedroom 1:Walk-in shower, basin and W.C.

bedroom 2 :With a single bed and chest of drawers. This room has a window to the rear elevation.

First floor: The stairs lead to a landing, from which there are 2 further bedrooms and a bathroom can be reached.

CLOAKROOM: With W.C and hand basin

BEDROOM 3: With a double bed and a seating area. The window overlooks the front of the property.

BEDROOM 4: With a single bed (with pull out underneath) wardrobe, dressing table and window overlooking the front garden.

FAMILY Bathroom: With a shower bath and W.C.

OUTSIDE: There is a delightful courtyard garden with a paved area with table and chairs to the back of the property, also a small garden to the front of the property. Parking can be found on the High Street or one of the side roads which are all a small walk from the property.
Doe House is a charming period mid-terrace self-catering house located within a 5 minute walk of Aldeburgh's High Street in Suffolk and just moments from the beach.  Aldeburgh is a popular seaside town with many several independent shops, restaurants, art galleries and an unspoilt beach.

All prices include 100% cotton bed linen, towels, heating and electricity plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.

Doe House is equipped with gas central heating, which can be controlled via the thermostat and a wood-burning stove.  Appliances include a flat screen TV with FreeSat channels, a DVD player, and an iPod docking station. In the kitchen there is a gas cooker and hob, fridge and a freezer. There is also a BBQ.  There is wood flooring downstairs and carpeted flooring upstairs

3. How to pay. When you have filled out your booking form you can choose to pay online by credit or debit card or send a cheque. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking. The balance and a £100 returnable good housekeeping deposit (subject to terms and conditions) are due six weeks before your holiday commences. Please note there is a 1.5% charge for credit card payments. There is no charge for debit card or cheque payments.
