About the house
This large house on the edge of Southwold has stunning views across open fields to the popular seaside town. Inside it offers spacious and stylish accommodation on two floors with five bedrooms, three bath/shower rooms (one of which is an en-suite) and a first floor balcony from the living room & master bedroom with uninterrupted views of Southwold. Outside there’s a large back garden and terrace. There is off-road parking for 4 vehicles to the front.
The seaside resort is just a 10-15 minute walk away where you’ll find an excellent range of pubs, restaurants, shops, the unspoilt sandy beach and the Pier.
Ground floor:
The front door leads to a wide hallway with access to all the downstairs rooms and stairs leading up to the first floor.
Open plan kitchen/dining room: At the back of the house there is a large new kitchen with a dining area, soft seating and french doors leading out to a patio with lovely views of Southwold. Steps lead down to the back garden where there is a large terrace area with table and chairs.
Bedroom 1: A kingsize bedroom with a built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: This is a twin bedroom plus a bunk bed so will sleep up to four people.
Bedroom 3: A double bedroom.
Bathroom 1: This room has a large walk-in shower, a w.c. and hand basin.
Cloakroom: With a w.c. and hand basin.
First floor:
A hallway runs the length of the house with access to the bedrooms, bathroom and living room.
Living room: This room has folding doors that lead directly out to a large balcony with uninterrupted views over open fields to Southwold.
Bedroom 4: the master bedroom with a kingsize bed and folding doors opening onto the balcony and giving views over the fields to Southwold.
Ensuite bathroom 2: Bedroom 4 has an en-suite with a shower, w.c. and a hand basin.
Bedroom 5: A twin bedroom.
Bathroom 3: This room has a bath with a shower over it, a hand basin and a w.c.
Outside there is a large mainly lawned garden to the rear of the property with wide open views of Southwold and the surrounding marshes. The area is home to many species of wildlife including Avocets, Night Herons and others of national rarity. There is off-road parking at the front for up to four cars.

About the area
This Suffolk holiday cottage is located just a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of Southwold, a popular and unspoilt seaside town with a range of popular pubs, restaurants, cafes, boutique shops and galleries.
The sandy beach is adorned with a string of colourful beach huts that lead along to Southwold Pier at one end and towards Southwold Harbour at the other end. There is a pretty walk through the harbour and over a footbridge to the picture-postcard village of Walberswick, home to two very good pubs and a long sandy beach.
The area is renowned for its local produce including Blythburgh pork, asparagus and the freshly landed fish available in Southwold Harbour. Cycling enthusiasts will love the miles of tracks and quiet lanes (cycle hire shops are located within a few minutes walk of The Creek House). The annual Latitude festival is held in Southwold and the area hosts many other events.
What's included?
All prices at this self-catering property include 100% cotton bed linen and towels, gas and electricity plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.
The property is equipped with gas central heating, range cooker, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, LCD TV, DVD/CD player, garden furniture, and BBQ. A travel cot and a high chair are available on request.
Restrictions: Sorry, no smoking, pets or unaccompanied teenagers permitted at the property.
Tariff
£846 to £1710 a week depending on the time of year. Shorter breaks are available when there is late availability - please check the online calendar for details.

3. How to pay. When you have filled out your booking form you can choose to pay online by credit or debit card or send a cheque. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking. The balance and a £250 returnable good housekeeping deposit (subject to terms and conditions) are due six weeks before your holiday commences. Please note there is a 1.5% charge for credit card payments. There is no charge for debit card or cheque payments.
