“We have all had a wonderful week. We love this house – a true home from home, very comfortable, superb view and all the welcoming “touches” were thoroughly appreciated. We loved boating at Thorpeness, we caught 31 crabs at Southwold, enjoyed excellent toast at Walberswick. Did walkt from Aldringham to Thorpeness in “pub walks” – very nice. Saw dolphone (or porpoises?) totazy whilst at Martello Tower. Thank you we’ll be back!

“We were impressed with the homely atmosphere and all the lovely “extras”. Beautiful beds andfresh linen are top notch. Everything needed for cooking and wonderful stove. The wind in our hair and exhilarating walk are treasured moemories, also being able to use the binoculars and watch the ocean from the lounge. Great fish beers and Adnams beer”

“Lots of rainbows over the sea this week. Rebuilt Southwold pier is great fun! Favourite places to eat: Butley Orford Oysterage for lunch; The Lighthouse for dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house.

The ladies of Malvern have had a love wonderful weekend at this exquisite house! We’ve managed to get onto the beach – lots of lovely shopping in Aldeburgh and a fantastic meal at No152. We hope to come again and enjoy splendid sea views from the slipper bath”
