About the property
A light and airy compact two-storey apartment with a double and a twin bedroom, centrally positioned in the heart of Aldeburgh on the High Street. The town's shops and restaurants are all but moments away!
Tucked away above one of the High Street shops, stairs lead from the front door to a first floor hallway with doors to an open plan living area, twin bedroom, shower room and stairs to the double bedroom on the 2nd floor.
The open plan living space is tastefully furnished with a 3 seater cream sofa and single leather chair. Although the room isn't overly big it has been carefully laid out with a kitchenette and a folding dining table and chairs to make it feel spacious.
There's a flat screen TV, an Ipod docking station with a CD player and a DVD player. Plus it's a good spot to enjoy some people-watching through the two windows that overlook the high street!
The twin bedroom has two single beds, a shared bedside table and a wardrobe with drawers.
Next to the twin bedroom is a shower room with shower, w.c. and hand basin.
Stairs from the hallway lead directly into the double bedroom on the 2nd floor (please note there is no door). This delightful room has low sloping ceilings on both sides and to get to the bed you will need to duck your head!
There is a double bed, small wardrobe with drawers and two bedside tables. Two Velux windows look out across the High Street, with a glimpse of the sea over the rooftops. With the window open, it's a pleasant place to stand with a glass of wine after a busy day at the beach.
Parking is restricted on the High Street so we'd suggest parking on The Terrace or King Street nearby.
About the area
The apartment is situated above a clothes shop towards the centre of the High Street, making it ideal if you'd like to be close to the town's popular shops and restaurants. The beach is a two minute walk away.
What's included?
All prices include bed linen, towels, gas and electricity plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits or chocolates to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.
The property is equipped with TV, DVD/CD players, Ipod docking station, stainless steel hob and oven, and fridge with freezer compartment. A travel cot and high chair are available. Please note that there is no microwave, dishwasher or washing machine.
Restrictions: Sorry no smoking, pets, or unaccompanied teenagers permitted at this property.
Tariff
£340 to £650 a week depending on the time of year. Shorter breaks are available when there is late availability - please check the calendar for details.

3. How to pay. When you have filled out your booking form you can choose to pay online by credit or debit card or send a cheque. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking. The balance and a £100 returnable good housekeeping deposit (subject to terms and conditions) are due six weeks before your holiday commences. Please note there is a 1.5% charge for credit card payments. There is no charge for debit card or cheque payments.
