Suffolk self-catering holiday cottage on the High Street in Aldeburgh.

This stylish cottage is situated in a tucked away position right in the heart of Aldeburgh, allowing guests to enjoy all of the Town's amenities, including the beach only a couple of minutes away.  This Aldeburgh self-catering cottage is perfect for couples and small families and has a cosy atmosphere with period details such as an open fire and wood beams, whilst being equipped with every modern amenity.

Guest arriving at the cottage will park on a side road, adjacent to the Cottage and will then come in via an entrance lobby, which leads to the open living, kitchen, dining space and ground floor WC.  Stairs lead up to the two bedrooms, en-suite and bathroom.  There’s a master bedroom with a super-king size bed and an en-suite shower room, the second bedroom with a single bed and a fully equipped bathroom.

Ground Floor:  From Crespigny Road guests will enter into the hallway, which leads into the kitchen/diner and the ground floor cloakroom.

Kitchen/Diner:  A Suffolk cottage kitchen with a dining area seating six, the kitchen has wood worktops, a four-ring gas hob, as well as the following integrated appliances: electric oven, slim-line dishwasher, fridge and freezer.

Sitting Room:  The feature of this room is the open fire with a three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa and a chair positioned around it.  The sitting room is open plan with the kitchen/diner and has a flat screen TV with FreeView channels, a DVD player and an iPod docker.

Cloakroom:  This has a hand basin and a W.C.

First Floor:  The curving stairs rise from the kitchen to a small first floor landing.

Bedroom 1:  A large bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a super-king size bed.  In the room there are matching bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe.

En-suite Shower Room:  This shower room has a corner shower cubicle, a hand basin and a W.C.

Bedroom 2:  This room has a single bed, a bedside table with drawers and a built-in wardrobe.

Bathroom:  There is a bath with hand held shower attachment, a hand basin and a W.C.

Outside:  On road parking is usually available near by and additional parking available in the Pay and Display car parks.

This Aldeburgh holiday let has a super location on Aldeburgh High Street right amongst the shops, restaurants and galleries and is a very short walk to Aldeburgh's seafront.

Aldeburgh has an excellent range of restaurants, pubs and shops, fresh fish can be bought from the fish huts along the beach, and there are pretty walks around the marsh and to Thorpeness.

In the entrance hall cupboard is a washer/dryer.  There is tiled flooring in the hallway, kitchen/diner, bathroom, shower room and cloakroom, carpet in the sitting room,and in the bedrooms.

A travel cot and high chair are available from the property owners on request at the time of booking.

3. How to pay. When you have filled out your booking form you can choose to pay online by credit or debit card or send a cheque. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking. The balance and a £100 returnable good housekeeping deposit (subject to terms and conditions) are due six weeks before your holiday commences. Please note there is a 1.5% charge for credit card payments. There is no charge for debit card or cheque payments.
