About the cottage

Ann Page Cottage is a pretty High Street property situated near to Aldeburgh’s popular shops and restaurants and is just moments from the beach. This charming cottage has a lovely homely feel to it inside.
The ground floor has a living room with an open fire, a dining room, and a kitchen. Upstairs are four bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside there’s a walled patio back garden. This cottage is ideal for groups of up to five adults and a small child.
The Accommodation
Ground floor:
Front door leads to a small hallway and a door to the living room.
Living room: Here you’ll find a lovely open fire and comfortable seating including a sofa, 3 armchairs and a foot stool. There’s a coffee table, flat screen TV with FreeSat TV channels and a DVD player, WiFi, wooden flooring and rugs.
Dining room: The living room leads through to the dining room where you’ll find a large wooden table and six dining chairs and an original fireplace (not in use). It’s an ideal room in which to dine with family and friends.
Hallway: A hallway from the dining room gives access to the kitchen, stairs and the back door.
Kitchen: The fitted kitchen has an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, and a large pantry.
First floor:
Stairs from the hallway lead to a first floor landing with doors to the four bedrooms and the bathroom.
Bedroom 1: This good-size room has a double bed with bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a bedside chair, and a wardrobe with two drawers.
Bedroom 2: There’s a double bed with bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a built in wardrobe, and shelves.
Bedroom 3: A single bedroom has a single bed, a wardrobe with a drawer, a bedside table, and some children’s games including chunky lego.
Bedroom 4: This small room is ideal for a child and has a single bed, a bedside table and a cupboard with built-in shelves.
Bathroom: The bath has an electric shower over it, and there’s a hand basin and a w.c.
Outside: There’s a patio back garden with a raised flower bed, a cast iron table and chairs. At the front are two small patio areas next to the pavement on the High Street, divided by a little picket fence. Parking in the High Street parking bays is restricted to two hours, whilst unrestricted on road parking is usually available in nearby side streets.
About the area
This end of terrace cottage is situated on the High Street, near the junction with Victoria Road and opposite Keane & Co Solicitors. The beach, as well as Aldeburgh’s shops, pubs and restaurants are all a short stroll away.

All prices include 100% cotton bed linen and towels, gas and electricity plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.
The property is equipped with double glazing, gas central heating, an open fire in the living room, a flat screen TV, DVD/CD player, WiFi, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and washing machine. The bedrooms and landing have carpet, the living room and dining room have wooden floorings with rugs. A travel cot and a high chair are available from the owners on request at the time of booking.

3. How to pay. When you have filled out your booking form you can choose to pay online by credit or debit card or send a cheque. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking. The balance and a £100 returnable good housekeeping deposit (subject to terms and conditions) are due six weeks before your holiday commences. Please note there is a 1.5% charge for credit card payments. There is no charge for debit card or cheque payments.
