The ground floor of this Aldeburgh holiday cottage is accessed from Aldeburgh High Street and has an open plan living/kitchen/dining room, the first floor has a large bedroom with a super-king sized bed and a large en-suite bathroom, the second floor has zip and link beds configurable as a super-king or twin with an en-suite bathroom, outside there is a small patio area with seating, on-street parking is available nearby.
GROUND FLOOR: From Aldeburgh High Street guests will come in through the front door into a small hall, to the left is the open plan living space and ahead are the stairs to the first floor.
LIVING/KITCHEN/DINING ROOM: This open plan room looks out onto the Aldeburgh High Street through a bay window. There is a comfortable sofa and two chairs, an electric flame effect fireplace, a flat screen TV with FreeSat and Sky TV including Sky Sports channels, a Blu-ray DVD player, and NUVO integrated sound system, which plays throughout the house, including Internet radio and Spotify to select a vast library of music with an iPod dock to access your own music. A kitchen island seating 4, which contains a Miele washer dryer, divides the living area and the kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with an integrated tall fridge-freezer and Miele appliances including an integrated fan-assisted oven, integrated microwave combination oven, an induction hob, teppanyaki plate, food warming drawer, and an integrated dishwasher.
FIRST FLOOR: From the ground floor hall are a straight set of stairs to the first floor landing, which leads to bedroom 1, the cloakroom, and the stairs to the second floor.
BEDROOM 1: This large bedroom has a super-king size bed and features a large en-suite bathroom. In the room are two bedside tables, a built in wardrobe with drawers and a wall mounted TV.
EN-SUITE BATHROOM 1: A spacious luxury bathroom with a large walk in shower, a roll top bath, two heated towel rails, a hand basin and a W.C.
CLOAKROOM: At the top of the stairs and off the first floor landing is a small cloakroom that has a hand basin and a W.C.
SECOND FLOOR: From the first floor landing, stairs lead to the second floor landing.
BEDROOM 2: This bedroom features a zip and link bed and can be configured as two full size single beds or as a super-king size bed as well as having an en-suite bathroom. There are two bedside tables, a built-in wardrobe and a set of drawers. Part of the ceiling is sloped.
EN-SUITE BATHROOM 2: There is a bath, corner shower, a heated towel rail, a hand basin and a W.C. The bath is under the sloping side of the ceiling so please mind your head when getting out.
OUTSIDE: From the kitchen is a small courtyard with seating. On-road parking can be found on nearby side streets.
This beautiful mid-terrace self-catering Aldeburgh holiday cottage is located a couple of minutes from the beach and shops on Aldeburgh High Street. Aldeburgh has an excellent range of restaurants, pubs and shops and there are pretty walks around the marsh and to Thorpeness. Fresh fish can be bought from the fish huts along the beach.

The balance and a £100 returnable good housekeeping deposit (subject to terms and conditions) are due six weeks before your holiday commences. Please note there is a 1.5% charge for credit card payments. There is no charge for debit card payments.
