With a stunning sea view, this stylish property is ideally located on Aldeburgh's sea front near the historic Moot Hall and fishermen's huts that line the beach. It is very tastefully furnished and close to Aldeburgh's wonderful High Street where you'll find cafes, restaurants and boutiques.
12 Market Cross Place is a spacious open plan apartment with a welcome mix of contemporary pieces of furniture along with design classics. There's an open plan living/kitchen/dining room with a real flame gas fire and wonderful sea views, three bedrooms (1 King, 1 Double, 1 Single) and a bathroom.
The front door leads to a lift which will take you up to an entrance lobby on the first floor.
Open plan living/kitchen/dining room: This ‘L' shaped room has three spacious areas, for relaxing, dining and cooking.
Living area: With a stunning view over the shingle beach to the sea, this room has a real flame gas fire with ornamental pebbles, a three seater sofa and a two seater chaise longue and a coffee table. There's a TV with FreeSat channels, a DVD player, an Ipod docking station and WiFi broadband.
Dining area: There's a glass topped oak table and plenty of seating with seven chairs.
Kitchen area: There's a Smeg gas hob and Neff electric oven, a tall Bosch fridge and freezer, a dishwasher a washing machine and a small a small clothes dryer. One of the work surfaces has a stainless steel surface, the other a wooden surface.
Bedroom 1: There's a double bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a stainless steel pole with coat hangers on the wall to hang up your clothes.
Bathroom: The bathroom has a hand basin, a w.c. and a bath with a shower over it. The room has two doors, so it can be either used as an en-suite to bedroom 1, or a communal bathroom depending on which door is locked.
Hallway: A hallway leads from a door next to the kitchen area and gives access to bedrooms 2 and 3 and the bathroom.
Bedroom 2: This has a king bed, bedside tables, a fitted wardrobe and a dressing table with drawers. The room has a fire door that leads out to an external fire escape.
Bedroom 3: There's a raised and fitted single bed with a 5 rung wooden ladder to the bed, and cupboard space beneath. There's a chest of drawers and a large mirror.
Outside: The property has magnificent views. There is free on-road parking immediately in front the property, available on a first come basis.
This first floor apartment is ideally located on Aldeburgh's seafront, near the Moot Hall and fishermen's huts, between the White Lion Hotel and Wentworth Hotel. Aldeburgh has an excellent range of shops, restaurants and pubs to enjoy during your stay on the Suffolk heritage coast.
All prices include 100% cotton bed linen, towels, heating and electricity plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.
This apartment is equipped with gas central heating and an additional real flame gas fire in the living room. Appliances include a flat screen TV with FreeSat channels, a DVD player, and an ipod docking station, WiFi broadband, a gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, a tall fridge-freezer, washing machine, and a dryer. A travel cot and high chair are available from the owners on request at the time of booking.
Sorry, no smoking, pets or unaccompanied teenagers permitted at this property. Access to the property is reached via a lift with room for two or three adults at a time.
The living room has a lovely sea view, the bedrooms look out over the rear of the property where there's a fire escape and neighbouring houses.

3. How to pay. When you have filled out your booking form you can choose to pay online by credit or debit card or send a cheque. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking. The balance and a £100 returnable good housekeeping deposit (subject to terms and conditions) are due six weeks before your holiday commences. Please note there is a 1.5% charge for credit card payments. There is no charge for debit card or cheque payments.
